The Vision Behind LaNe Legacy

LaNe Legacy LLC is a property portfolio investment company founded by LaTasha Briscoe (LA) and Nevery Berry (NE) with a shared vision to build generational wealth, expand access to property ownership, and create lasting opportunities rooted in financial freedom.

The name LaNe is intentional. It represents more than the blending of two founders’ names. A lane is a passage, a direction, a path forward. LaNe symbolizes the road toward ownership, stability, and legacy building. It reflects the belief that land is not merely an asset, but a foundation, one that anchors families, strengthens communities, and carries stories across generations.

At its core, LaNe Legacy centers on the power of property and land ownership. Historically, land ownership has been one of the most significant drivers of wealth in America. While the value has always been understood, African Americans were systematically denied access. Ownership represented autonomy, security, and the ability to determine one’s future.
